Conduct a briefing to discuss items for the 7:00pm regular meeting.

The only public hearing in this meeting has actually been continued to the next P&Z meeting.
The rest of the items are plats. Plats must be approved if they meet certain criteria. With that said, I wanted to let everyone know that the Village Apartments Project (going in at 287 & Brown) is #14 on the agenda. Again, this isn’t a public hearing, but I didn’t want folks to say that they didn’t know they were coming, so that’s why I’m putting it in my newsletter.
