The Cliff's Notes version (Do they still make those or did I just date myself significantly? lol) is:
Council Member Travis Smith - ABSENT
Council Member Billie Wallace - voted AGAINST the tax rate, which will raise our tax bills and she also voted AGAINST the increase in water rates. (Thank you Billie!!!)
Mayor David Hill - Voted FOR HIGHER taxes
Mayor Pro Tem Chris Wright - Voted FOR HIGHER taxes
Council Member Patrick Souter - Voted FOR HIGHER taxes

There is only one case before the commission this evening and it is for a Plat, so it's not even a public hearing.
3 - Public Comments
5 - SUB-64-2022: Consider request for a Plat of Cunningham Estates Phase 2 located SW of the intersection of Old Maypearl Road and Cunningham Meadows Road - located in the ETJ or Extra Territorial Jurisdiction of the City of Waxahachie. The applicant is requesting to plat the subject property into 109 single family residential lots and 3 common area lots. Adequate public facilities are available via Buena Vista-Bethel SUD and on-site wastewater services. Staff is recommending approval per the following condition that states "The applicant shall complete the review process of the TIA [Traffic Impact Analysis] with City staff and shall install or meet any and all requirements of the TIA prior to the recordation of this plat."
