*** 4 - Convene into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters for Mid-Way Regional Airport Manager as permitted by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 ***
5 - Reconvene to take any necessary action resulting from the Executive Session
6 - Comments by the Airport Board and Airport Administration
Can Public Attend: Yes BUT, this whole special meeting will basically be held in Executive Session which residents cannot attend. If you decide to go, you can be present during the Public Comments, but may wait wherever directed during the closed session until the board reconvenes to take any action, if they take any action.
