4 - Consider request by Brian Lance of the Optimist Club of Waxahachie, for a no-interest loan to fund the completion of the Optimist Pool renovation project.
5- Continue discussion from last meeting of the future direction and priorities of the WCDC. This item is really interesting as it will dictate what funds will be used for in the future.

This public meeting is conducted to discuss items for the 7:00 PM Regular meeting. It will not be live-streamed, but residents may attend. Briefings are usually very informational and more casual than the regular meetings.

7:00 PM - P&Z Commission Regular Meeting

There are several public hearings on tonight's agenda. You can always review the agenda packet above for more details about all of the hearings; however, I will only highlight a couple that may be of interest.
9 & 10 - Public hearing on a request for a 7-11 located at 1851 N. Highway 77, North of Altus Emergency Center.
11 & 12 - Public hearing on a request for a 7-11 at the Southwest corner of Brown St. and US Hwy 287 Bypass. This location will be slightly larger than the above location, having 8 gas pumps (as opposed to 6 above), allowing for a maximum of 16 cars to fuel at any given time.
