The two public hearings on the agenda have each been continued. The first one (SP-75-2020) has been continued to the 7/14 P&Z meeting. The second (ZDC-77-2020) has been continued to the 7/28 P&Z meeting. The only item up for consideration, is a final plat for 175 lots in the city's ETJ (extra territorial jurisdiction).
