7:00 PM - Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting

7. Consideration of a plat request for the second phase of the Arbors of Willow Grove

17. & 18.  Public Hearing on a zoning change next to the River Oaks subdivision for the Cypress Creek at Waxahachie Apartments.

19. & 20.  Public Hearing to allow construction of a Caliber Collision (Auto Body Repair & Paint Shop) within the North Grove Business Park.  Staff is recommending denial.

21. & 22.  Public Hearing by the City of Waxahachie for various textual amendments to the City Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3020. which includes restrictions on political signage (including having a permit for them), amendments to solar panel guidelines and boat dock structure regulations, among others.
