There is a lot of great information in the agenda packet, linked above, talking about what's happening at the CVB, Civic Center, Sports Complex and community beautification efforts. This meeting will not be live-streamed, but is open to the public to attend.

This short briefing will go over items to be discussed at the 7:00 PM regular meeting. It is not live-streamed, but residents are welcome to attend.

This is a pretty short and routine meeting. The only item to mention is item 8, which is to consider a request for a final plat for The Hamilton, which is a multifamily complex for seniors, located next to the pond on Garden Valley Parkway. This project has already been approved, but the final plat means that they are getting closer to moving dirt.

8:30 AM - City Council Notice of Potential Quorum
Wastewater Treatment Plant, 2301 Howard Rd.
All this means is that one or more members of the Waxahachie City Council may be present for a walking tour of the City water plants, beginning at the wastewater treatment plant at 8:30 AM. This is not an official meeting and no action will be taken. It is simply a tour of the plants.
